About Maddie Kemp

High School Career

  • Scored 153 goals and recorded 37 assists in her high school career, making her the all-time leading goal scorer in Washington state history. 

  • A three-time Washington State Player of the Year, three-time United Soccer Coaches All-American, two-time TopDrawerSoccer All-American, and a MaxPreps Top-5 Scorer in the Country (2019-2020). 

  • Made four consecutive state tournament final four appearances, winning a state championship.

  • Served as Captain

  • Set school records for career goals and assists.

  • Participated in USYNT pool trainings.

Collegiate Career 

Redshirt Freshman Year (Gonzaga University)

  • Recorded 42 shots on goal with a .532 shot-on-goal percentage.

  • Tallied 22 points, fourth-most in program history for a single season.

Redshirt Senior Year (Gonzaga University)

  • Led the team in total shots with 74.

  • Scored 9 goals and recorded 5 assists.

  • Tallied 23 points.

  • WCC Player of the Week after recording a hattrick.

  • Earned WCC All-Conference honors.

  • Won WCC Championship.

2024 Season (University of Kentucky)

  • Tallied 1464 minutes

  • Led the team in assists and was second in total points.

  • Helped lead team to multiple weeks in United Soccer Coaches Top 25 rankings.

  • Made NCAA tournament and scored the loan goal to advance to second round.

  • Earned SEC All-Conference honors.

Coaching Experience

Coaching experience includes private training since 2016, coaching at college ID camps, and serving as a private trainer at Gozzer Ranch.

Soccer Training | Strength and Conditioning

Soccer Training
Soccer sessions typically include an agility warm-up, technical drills, and position-specific exercises. Sessions are customized to the player’s needs, emphasizing skills such as first touch, passing combinations, decision-making, and advanced shooting and passing techniques.

Strength and Conditioning
The strength and conditioning program is tailored to boost athletic performance and minimize injury risk. Each session emphasizes core strength, endurance, power, and agility through a mix of resistance training, plyometrics, and functional movements. Workouts are customized to align with the athlete's sport-specific needs and personal fitness goals, delivering targeted results and enhanced performance.

Pricing

Individual Training

$70/hr

  • Training plan is customized to address individual strengths and areas for improvement. 

  • Sessions begin with warm-up and agility, followed by technical drills and position-specific exercises to maximize skill development and game readiness.

  • Focus on personalized development, with an emphasis on refining core skills such as first touch, passing combinations, decision-making, and advanced shooting and passing techniques. 

Group Training

2 Players: $60ea/hr
3 Players: $50ea/hr
4+ Players: $30ea/hr

  • Sessions begin with warm-up, partner passing and dribbling patterns, as well as position-specific exercises to enhance tactical understanding

  • In larger groups, players engage in 1v1 situations and live playing scenarios to apply skills in game-like environments. 

  • Sessions are tailored to players' positions and specific areas they want to work on, ensuring a well-rounded and competitive training experience.

Strength and Conditioning Training

$40/session

  • Each session focuses on building core strength, endurance, power, and agility through a blend of resistance training, plyometrics, and functional movements. 

  • Workouts are tailored to the athlete's specific sport requirements and personal fitness goals, ensuring targeted improvements. 

  • Results of strength and conditioning training increased strength, speed, and conditioning.
